Deepest condolences to all of Henry’s family from all here in Lyon. Henry took me under his wing only just last year. I will never forget my short time in Northern Ireland and all he taught me… Such a great journalist and a total gentleman. Rest In Peace Henry.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Henry was a true gentleman. Are lives are a lot richer for having known Henry a true friend. If everyone was like Henry the world would be a far better place. May he rest in peace.jam

To Cathy and all the McDonald family , our deepest condolences to all of you. We have very fond memories of Henry’s visits to our house in McKee Avenue especially when our parents died and Henry made the journey down to support us.
Rest well Henry taken too soon but never forgotten .
